Michal Bajer

Michal Bajer is someone who appreciates it when things make sense—whether in terms of numbers, processes, or technology. At ALU, he handles operational accounting and inventory procurement while also providing IT support.

He particularly enjoys finding order within the numbers, streamlining routine procedures, and tackling tasks that don't have an obvious solution at first glance. He continuously expands his knowledge in both accounting and IT, always looking for new ways to leverage technology in his daily work.

His interests include new technologies, automation, and various technical micro-projects. In his free time, he works on his smart home and garden, or goes for walks along the river and through the surrounding countryside. He recharges his energy best in the pool or simply at home, where he enjoys peace and quiet.

And when he isn't dealing with numbers, technology, or home projects, he likes to watch an interesting sci-fi movie or series.
