Ing. Žaneta Niesytová

Žaneta is the person who firmly manages the administrative side of ALU-COLOR while also serving as the director's right hand. She handles day-to-day operations, organization, and tasks that need to be seen through to completion. What she loves most about her job is its variety—every day brings something different, and she embraces new tasks as challenges.

At ALU-COLOR, she is the go-to person for organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Outside of work, she loves heading outdoors—whether for a walk, a bike ride, a trip to the mountains, or an outing with her family. Her favorite destinations include the Jeseníky and Beskydy mountains and South Moravia. She also recharges by spending time with friends and curling up with a good book.

Žaneta describes herself as positive, perhaps even a little naive. She believes that everything happens for a reason and that what a person truly desires will eventually find its way to them.
