Comprehensive Services

We provide comprehensive services ranging from material preparation for powder coating to the inspection of finished products, packaging, and shipping.

• Upon receipt, we visually inspect every part and rectify any defects in the raw material.
• We perform chemical pretreatment via immersion—degreasing, deoxidizing, passivating, and drying.
• Depending on the product type, we apply the powder coating using either an automated spray booth or a manual application process.
• The final step is curing in an oven at the specified temperature.
• We visually inspect the coated parts and conduct necessary quality tests on the coating.
• We package the goods using our own or client-supplied materials and prepare them for export.
• We arrange for the transport of the coated parts.
