Quality is our top priority. We rank among the industry leaders—not only on the Czech market—a fact attested to by the numerous certifications we have obtained.
- Since 2002, the company has held ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system.
- Since 2003, the company has held certification for its application, monitoring, and testing processes under the international QUALICOAT standard; we currently meet the requirements for the QUALICOAT Seaside certification.
- Since 2009, the company has been an approved surface treatment supplier for the multinational corporation ALSTOM Transport VPF (a leading manufacturer of rolling stock).
- Since 2014, the company has held ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system and ISO 45001 certification for its safety management system.
- Since 2015, the company has held product certification for the powder coating of exterior rolling stock components for DB AG in accordance with the DBS 918 340 standard.
- The company is also certified by renowned powder coating manufacturers TIGERWERK (Austria) and IGP (Switzerland).
About the QUALICOAT Standard
This standard establishes quality requirements for the entire production process.
A certified coating facility must:
- use key inputs certified by QUALICOAT (paints and pre-treatment chemicals),
- continuously monitor key process parameters (deoxidation, passivation, paint curing),
- perform prescribed quality tests and archive the results,
- maintain prescribed records regarding other process parameters.
International QUALICOAT inspectors are required to conduct at least two unannounced inspections of the coating facility. During these inspections, they verify all production process parameters, measure and inspect orders ready for shipment, check the settings and calibration of measuring instruments and equipment, and more.
Quality material and quality people
To maintain high coating quality, we use only certified materials—such as paints and chemical pre-treatment agents—that guarantee the required standards.
Our coating department staff also undergo continuous training. We offer not only high-quality materials but also expert professional advice.
