Lukáš is a bit of a universal player in ALU-COLOR. When one of the colleagues is absent, he can stand in for him and make sure that things go on. He is dedicated to the requirements of customers and certification companies, and at the same time he is in charge of important areas such as the environment, health and safety and fire protection.

He mainly values responsibility and a satisfied customer in his work. He is proud that he can actively participate in the running of the company and does not care how ALU-COLOR works.

In his free time, he prefers to be at home, in the garden, with his family or somewhere near the water with a rod in hand. He recharges his energy mainly with music – rock, metal and punk are his blood type. And if you are looking for his favorite place, the answer is simple: at home and in South Moravia.

Lukáš describes himself as patient, and someone might say that he is a bit of a picky eater. And even though he likes to be quiet, it certainly doesn't mean that he can't sometimes "break off the chain".

His motto: "Water boils for every pig." Because hope is important.
