Ing. Jiří Mikula

Jiří is in charge of one of the key things at ALU-COLOR – the quality of painted parts. He checks whether each part corresponds to the required parameters and whether the customer receives exactly the result he wants. At the same time, he relies on a team of two technicians, on whom he says he can rely. And a good team is one of the things he enjoys the most at work.

Jiří is a person who tries to solve things calmly, without unnecessary conflicts and with reason. He has the same attitude outside of work.

His free time belongs to his family, grandchildren, tourism, football and a somewhat unconventional hobby - church singing, which he also enjoys outside of church. When he really needs to switch off, a sauna, a beer with friends or a trip to his favorite Tater mountains works. And when the mood is right, the maria will also come.

He takes life in perspective and reminds himself that a person does not find true happiness in the things or activities around him, but above all in himself. Tomáš Halík's book I Want You to Be is close to him.

And his current life plan?
